Florida Man sues McDonald’s over Chicken McNugget injury
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – A Florida Man is suing McDonald’s for $1.1 million, claiming he was injured by one of the fast food giant’s Chicken McNuggets.
Alexei Stolfat claims that on May 25th he ordered McNuggets through Uber Eats.
After biting into the food and hitting bone, Stolfat says he felt pain in his mouth and suffered headaches for three days.
Stolfat went to the dentist, where he discovered his tooth was cracked in two places and needed surgery to replace it.
A rep for McDonald’s issued a statement to the Sun-Sentinel, stating “providing safe, high-quality food is always a top priority. We take these claims seriously but as this is pending litigation, we cannot comment further at this time.”

Stolfat has not hired a lawyer, filing the lawsuit on his own.
Although the Florida Man is not a licensed attorney, he claims to have done legal work in his home country of Estonia.
In addition to the $1.1 million, Stolfat wants to have all Chicken McNuggets recalled.
According to the FOX News, Stolfat “reportedly said that if he wins, he plans on donating $1 million to charity.”
It’ still unknown whether the order was for a four, six, ten or twenty piece McNugget meal.
