In addition to the admission of guilt, the deputy noticed that the Florida Man had bloodshot and glassy eyes and was speaking with “a thick tongue.”
The deputy asked Singer for his drivers license, but after fumbling around, Singer handed the deputy a piece of paper, then a credit card, before handing him his actual license.
According to NBC 2 News, “the driver refused to perform field sobriety tests, so the deputy placed him into handcuffs and was then transported to Naples Jail Center.
Singer was cited for driving under the influence and for speeding. He was clocked going 86 MPH in a 60 MPH zone.”
